The bad news: the planned Ghostbusters 3 movie was
temporarily scratched. Aside from the fact that Bill Murray had no intensions
to reprise his overly popular Peter Venkman character, the script needs
modification.
The Ecto team are now really, really old and perhaps to
restart the franchise, the best thing they need to do is to infuse new blood to
the project. They could follow the storyline that happened during the Extreme
Ghostbusters were Egan got his students to do his work.
The good news: this didn’t stop a bunch of false trailer in
the internet.
