The Statmonkey of the Day: November 16, 2010

Raymond Felton could be Amar’e Stoudemire’s newest Steve Nash! The former Charlotte Bobcat managed to produce a near triple-double outcome of 19 points, 11 assists, and eight rebounds in 40 minutes of action as the New York Knicks nearly won against the Denver Nuggets to the tune of 120 to 118.

With this, I anoint him Stat Monkey!

His ascension should excite a lot of fantasy team owners but in real life, his inability to keep the Knicks out of their 3-8 hellhole should make Mike D’ Antoni fearful for his job.

Rounding up the top five are Milwaukee’s Andrew Bogut, New York’s Landry Fields, Atlanta Hawks’ Josh Smith, and Indiana’s Roy Hibbert!

In my ESPN Fantasy League, La Mesa Damn maintained its hold of the fifth spot.

Hopefully with all of my players having games tomorrow, success would reign!

Game over!
