The Statmonkey of the Day: November 18, 2010

Danny Granger was injured most of last season and in some games this season, it seems he is not 100 percent.

Not in this game though.

Danny Granger of the Indiana Pacers is the Statmonkey of the Day!

With a mindset to defeat the LA Clippers, Granger could have done more. But he was benched so the risk of injury would stop. The Indiana Pacers defeated the Clippers, 107 to 80 with Granger nailing 22 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks in 34 minutes.

In terms of today’s Top 5, joining Granger are Portland’s Wesley Matthews and LaMarcus Aldridge, and Orlando’s Dwight Howard and Jameer Nelson.

My fantasy team, La Mesa Damn, had only one game today with rookie Eric Bledsoe putting in respectable numbers. Seven of my players will play and hopefully they can bring the same energy they gave out last November 16.

Until then...

Game over.
